It was a treat for the AJL to throw its first pen pal party virtually over Halloween weekend. Mentors and mentees from across the country gathered in their fiercest costumes. From Barbies to fairies, we had it all. The night was full of spooky festivities.
The AJL's pen pal program is the only alopecia areata (AA) program of its kind. We welcome all members of the AA community to participate. Our AJL teenage members pair up with younger participants to serve as mentors. We recognize the importance of community.
